what we do
we capture real spaces in photorealistic 3D, extract hidden metadata with computer vision, structure every detail as machine-readable data, and pair the result with an AI guide that answers buyer questions around the clock.
where photos flatten space, video dictates the path, and legacy virtual tours trap buyers in fixed viewpoints, oda lets visitors move freely through a space from any angle, ask any question, and get instant answers trained on that specific space, its contents, and its surroundings.
who we are
oda was founded by serial entrepreneurs gerrit mcgowan and eddie de guia, alongside founding research engineers brianne oberson and niccolò parodi. our day one R&D partnership with fraunhofer heinrich-hertz-institut, the institute that pioneered 3D gaussian splatting research, lets us run a tight loop between frontier research and the rapid iteration of commercial product development.
our mission
to give every commercial decision the spatial context it deserves
for decades, the gap between a buyer and a physical space has been bridged by approximations and fragmented information. it has been good enough only because nothing better was possible. we at oda believe that is ending.
spatial intelligence, the ability for machines to perceive, structure, and reason about space, is the missing layer in how the world's most important purchases get made. oda exists to build that layer: to turn physical spaces into experiences that any buyer can fully understand, anytime and anywhere.
